Process Light PPC-HKB (Explosion Proof)

Description:

PresSure Products Company offers Explosion proof process lights which are suitable for illumination of processes in hazardous locations where combustible gases or vapors might be present. The PPC-HKB is an explosion-proof light used for spotlighting the insides of tanks or process vessels; for general lighting in chemical plants and petrochemical plants; and for porthole or sight glass applications. It has a high light output and a compact design. Each unit can be furnished with a medium-base LED Light rated at 50 watts, 120V AC. PPC customers are responsible for wiring the installation, with appropriate sealing provisions. Various options for mounting process illumination lights onto sight glasses are available and custom options can be provided as needed.

Materials of Construction:

1. Housing: Copper-free aluminumbody with epoxy
   powder coating
2. Hub and plug: Aluminum, no finish
3. Brackets: Stainless steel, no finish
4. Gasket: Neoprene rubber
5. Lens: 3/8" thick tempered glass
